The Provincialisation Management System is a centralized web portal hosted on Government-approved infrastructure, accessible via standard web browsers. It integrates with external datasets (DISE/UDISE/UDISE+) and internal department master records.

The system digitizes the process of provincialisation of venture schools and colleges along with the services of teaching / non-teaching staff in the State of Assam as per The Assam Education (Provincialisation of Services of Teachers And Re-Organisation of Educational Institutions) Act, 2017.
