The Govt. of Assam levies a non-transferable processing fee for provincialisation of institutions based on the category selected.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Upon physical document verification by the competent authority, if the institution is found to be non-eligible for provincialisation, such institutions will get refund of their processing fee.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds shall be processed only after completion of physical verification and official confirmation of ineligibility.
• The refund shall be initiated through the same online payment platform used for the original transaction.

3. Compliance

All refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable Government financial norms and procedures.
