Each institution will have to pay a processing fee as mentioned below. In the event that the concerned institution or the services of its teaching and non-teaching staff are found ineligible under the prescribed provincialisation norms, the said amount shall be refunded by the Government of Assam in accordance with the applicable procedure, provided the information are found correct.
